July 3, 2023: Plenty of Soffit
The framing crew has spent the last couple of days putting the soffit up over the Grand Deck.
Meanwhile, the porchettes on the north side have been framed atop the steel superstructure.
June 18, 2024: Supplies
New supplies delivered. Carpeting for the downstairs bedrooms. Shades for the windows. A basin for the powder room. The under-cabinet lighting is operational in the master bath. And the dogwash is ready. Outside, Kinnickinnic has started the landscaping.
