Steel to support the decks has arrived. 

Fabricated off-site, and brought in for installation.

The crane anchors in the alley, and then stretches out.

The crane operator twirls the controls.

The steel "flies" to its intended spot.

The welder waits atop the steel pillar.

The steel goes in its place.

Nestled in its cradle.

And bolted to the wall and underlying framing.

Finish and repeat.
