January 9, 2023: Prepping for Framing
The framers arrived to assess and plan.
First task: clear off the top of the foundation walls to expose the screw ties extending up from the concrete.
June 18, 2024: Supplies
New supplies delivered. Carpeting for the downstairs bedrooms. Shades for the windows. A basin for the powder room. The under-cabinet lighting is operational in the master bath. And the dogwash is ready. Outside, Kinnickinnic has started the landscaping.
