1615 Chaps Way in Steamboat Springs

  The sun has come out to warm up the snowfall. Up on the north side, Jaime and Luis finish the last of the siding. When a loud "Whoom!" and a new snowbank is found on the west side. Almost all the snow has slid off the standing seam steel roof as it warms up in the sunshine . Inside, the siding is just about all up in the Great Room. Nelson spackles on the upper floor. Some finished stonework.

  Falling temperatures anticipated, but inside it's full speed ahead. Luis and Jaime finishing up the Great Room ceiling. The stone work is coming along. The office prepped for the stonemasons. The hardware for pocket doors has been installed. Tile work in the top floor bathroom.

 With the temperature plunging outside, it's a good day to work inside. Luis and Jaime are installing wood ceiling in the Great Room. Nearby, the stonemasons work on. Downstairs, Tanner is shaving down a door for the right fit.

  Bob works on installing the tile. The underlaimant. Glue is spread out. And the tiles laid on top. A finished room. Meanwhile, Tanner works on the sliding door in the office.
